I. SERVICES

NEW DERM EOOD is a clinic that offers high‑quality aesthetic services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service(s)”). The team of NEW DERM EOOD, consisting of qualified specialists, provides its clients with professional and attentive care tailored to individual needs, competent consultation and precise performance of procedures.

II. METHOD OF SERVICE PROVISION

Each client of NEW DERM EOOD may benefit from the Services upon acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

III. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Current prices for the services provided by NEW DERM EOOD can be found at https://book.diyanahouse.bg/.

Services can be paid on site at the clinic or online via credit/debit card through a virtual POS terminal. By choosing card payment, you automatically consent to advance payment for the Services before they are performed.

IV. DELAY AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the reserved time. After this period, a visit will be deducted from your subscription (if active) or a NO‑SHOW fee of 50 % of the booked services’ value will be charged.

• If you realise you are running late, you must contact us to check whether we can still provide the Service or need to reschedule. If we can fit you in, the treatment time may be shortened at your expense. Otherwise, the procedure will be deducted from your subscription or a NO‑SHOW fee will apply.

• If you have an unpaid NO‑SHOW fee, we cannot schedule another appointment until the obligation is settled.

V. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We reserve the right to refuse a procedure if it is contra‑indicated and poses health or aesthetic risks. We may also refuse a procedure or ask a client to leave the clinic in cases of:

• Intoxication;

• Aggressive behaviour;

• Disrespectful behaviour towards the team of NEW DERM EOOD or other clients.

VI. DATA PROTECTION

NEW DERM EOOD processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).

IX. FINAL PROVISIONS

These General Terms and Conditions for the Services of NEW DERM EOOD come into force on 01 January 2024 and apply to every provision of Services.

They remain in effect indefinitely until revoked or amended, except as provided by law.
