I. SERVICES

“D&N Innovations Ltd, a clinic that offers high quality aesthetic services (hereinafter referred to as “Service(s)“). The team of DI EN INNOVATION Ltd, consisting of qualified specialists, provides its clients with a professional and attentive service with regard to individual needs, competent consultation and precise performance of procedures.

II. METHOD OF SERVICE PROVISION

Each client of DI EN INNOVATION Ltd. may benefit from the services upon acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

III. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Current prices for the services provided by DI EN INNOVATION Ltd. can be found at https://book.diyanahouse.bg/.

The services used can be paid for on the spot at the establishment or online via a CREDIT/DEBIT CARD through a virtual POS terminal.

By using a credit or debit card payment method, you automatically consent to the services being paid for in advance – before they are performed.

IV. DELAY AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of the reserved time. After this period, you will be charged a visit by subscription if you have an active one, or you will be charged a NO SHOW fee of 50% of the cost of the services requested;
• If you see that you are running late you must contact us to find out if we will be able to perform the service or if we will have to reschedule. If there is an opportunity to fit you in, we may need to shorten the time at your expense. If this is not an option the procedure will be withdrawn from your subscription or you will be charged a NO SHOW fee;
• If you have an unpaid No-Show fee, we will not be able to schedule you for another appointment until you clear your obligation.

V. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• We have the right to refuse to perform a procedure on a client if it is contra-indicated and carries health and aesthetic risks;
• We have the right to refuse a procedure or ask a client to leave the clinic premises if:
  
  1. Intoxicated state;
  2. Aggressive behavior;
  3. Disrespectful behaviour towards the team of DI EN INNOVATION Ltd. or other clients of the clinic.

VI. DATA PROTECTION

“DI EN INNOVATION Ltd. processes personal data in accordance with Regulation 2016/679/EU on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

Any disputes that may arise between DI EN INNOVATION Ltd. and a client should be resolved amicably. “DI EN INNOVATION Ltd. values its customers, therefore every customer has the right and may contact DI EN INNOVATION Ltd. in case of any problem or question regarding the services provided.

VIII .GOOD SERVICE PRACTICES

“DEE INNOVATION” Ltd. values the satisfaction of its customers, which is why it has created an organization for quality and professional service.

“DI EN INNOVATION Ltd. wants to continuously improve its services, so every customer is free to give feedback to improve the service at diyanaaesthetic@gmail.com.

“DI EN Innovations Ltd. considers all cases of feedback and provides a response or solution to its customers, for the purpose of rapid establishment it is desirable that the customer notifies DI EN Innovations Ltd. immediately after the occurrence of a specific event.

IX. FINAL PROVISIONS

These General Terms and Conditions for the Services of DI EN INNOVATION Ltd. come into force on 01.01.2024 and apply to any provision of services.

These Terms and Conditions shall apply indefinitely after their entry into force until their revocation or amendment except as provided by law.
