I. SERVICES

DI EN INNOVATION LTD, a clinic that offers high-quality aesthetic services (hereinafter referred to as “service/s”) for short. The team of „DI EN INNOVATION“ Ltd., consists of qualified specialists, provides its customers with professional and careful service with regard to individual needs, competent consultation and precise execution of procedures.

II. METHOD OF PROVIDING THE SERVICES

Every customer of „DI EN INNOVATION“ Ltd. can benefit from the services upon acceptance of the present general terms and conditions.

III. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Current prices for the services provided by „DI EN INNOVATION“ Ltd. can be found at https://book.diyanahouse.bg/.

The services can be paid on site at the clinic or online by CREDIT/DEBIT CARD through a virtual POS terminal.

By using a credit or debit card payment method, you automatically consent to the services being paid for in advance – before they are performed.

IV. RESERVATION DELAY AND CANCELLATION POLICY

• You can cancel a reservation up to 24 hours before the start of the reserved time. After this period, you will be charged a visit from a subscription if you have an active one, or you will be charged a NON-APPEARANCE fee of 50% of the value of the requested services;

• If you see that you are running late, please contact us to find out if we will be able to perform the service or if we will have to reschedule it. If it is possible to accommodate you, we may have to shorten the duration at your expense. If there is no such possibility, the procedure will be withdrawn from your subscription or you will be charged a NON-APPEARANCE fee;

• If you have an unpaid NON-APPEARANCE fee, you will not be able to book another appointment until you have paid NON-APPEARANCE fee.

V. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

• We have the right to refuse to perform a procedure on a client if it is contraindicated for him and carries health and aesthetic risks;

• We have the right to refuse a procedure or ask a client to leave the premises of the clinic if:

1. Intoxicated state;

2. Aggressive behavior;

3. Disrespectful behavior towards the team of „DI EN INNOVATION“ Ltd. or towards other clients of the clinic.

VI. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

„DI EN INNOVATION“ Ltd.. processes personal data in accordance with Regulation 2016/679/EU on the protection of persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC.

VII. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

All disputes that may arise between „DI EN INNOVATION“ Ltd.. and a client should be resolved in a spirit of understanding. „DI EN INNOVATION“ Ltd.. values its customers, which is why every customer has the right and can turn to „DI EN INNOVATION“ Ltd.. in case of a problem or question regarding the services provided.

VIII. GOOD SERVICE PRACTICES

„DI EN INNOVATION“ Ltd.. values the satisfaction of its customers, which is why an organization for quality and professional service was created.

„DI EN INNOVATION“ Ltd.. wants to continuously improve its services, therefore every customer is free to give feedback to improve the service by e-mail diyanaaesthetic@gmail.com.

„DI EN INNOVATION“ Ltd.. considers all cases of feedback and provides an answer or solution to its customers, and for the purposes of quick identification, it is desirable for the customer to notify „DI EN INNOVATION“ Ltd.. immediately after the occurrence of a specific event.

IX. FINAL PROVISIONS

The present General Terms and Conditions for the Services of „DI EN INNOVATION“ Ltd.. shall enter into force on 01.01.2024 and shall apply to any provision of services.

These General Terms and Conditions apply for an indefinite period of time after their entry into force until their cancellation or amendment, except in the cases provided by law.
